To accomplish the Orthopaedic Foundation’s research and educational goals we manage a STATE OF THE ART BIOSKILLS LAB in mid Manhattan. The address is: 345 East 37th Street, NY, NY 10016
This exclusive location accommodates regional and local labs. The Orthopaedic Foundation Surgical Cadaver Training Lab in New York City is located 7.1 miles from LaGuardia Airport (LGA), and less than one mile from Grand Central Station.
This laboratory contains six dry/wet stations that will accommodate 6-35 physicians in training on site. Each workstation is supplied with suction, irrigation and electrical power. The BioSkills Laboratory is electronically capable of offering educational seminars and anatomy workshops to physicians, researchers and fellows participating off site at teaching hospitals and universities — literally throughout the world. Off site participants will be able to view, discuss and interact during these technical presentations through T1 line live feed capabilities.
There is also a Didactic meeting space seating 30 people on site.
Located in midtown Manhattan we will rent the Lab to medical device and training companies to host educational courses and skills labs. We also rent the Lab to Medical schools, and medical residents. Our goal is always Research and Education.
The Lab is located less than a 10 minute walk from Grand Central station, and 45 minutes from JFK and LaGuardia airports.
